ABOUT CORE DEPOSIT

GUARANTEED CORE: All cylinder cores are guaranteed, and core must be complete with no missing parts. All OHC heads must have original cam caps. No cams caps = no core credit. Cores noted by NGC may not receive core credit.

All cylinder heads are supplied with a return ARS core tag. Cores must be returned within 30 days. Core checks will be mailed within 14 days after receipt of complete core. Core credit will be issued on cylinder heads taken in exchange for the same remanufactured product sold. No substitution will be accepted.

ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE SUPPLIED WITH CORE RETURN IN ORIGINAL BOX. ALL RETURN CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED TO ORIGINAL SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PURCHASER ONLY.

To return a core, place ARS tag on box and seal. Call 1-800-PICKUPS or drop off at any UPS facility. Please keep a copy of your tracking number.

NOTE: Machine World of New York will not process incomplete cores. Incomplete cores will not be returned to customer. In addition, no credit will issued for the following:

• Disassembled Heads
• Reworked Cores
